ADULT CAMP
Good Times. Great Company.
Adventures for Everyone.
Who says summer camp is just for kids?
At White Memorial Camp, the excitement of camp has no age limit! Our specialized summer camp programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) offer opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people, and take part in activities that make every day a little more interesting.
Located on a scenic peninsula at Council Grove Lake near Council Grove, Kansas, White Memorial Camp brings together recreation, creativity, and social connection in the beautiful Flint Hills. From swimming and outdoor activities to games, music, and time spent together, our adult camps offer thoughtfully adapted experiences that encourage participation, independence, and personal choice.
We know that a great camp experience looks different for everyone. That's why our programs celebrate individual abilities, encourage campers to try things at their own pace, and make room for the simple pleasures of being together.
For returning campers, it's a chance to enjoy familiar traditions and see old friends. For newcomers, it's an opportunity to discover what makes White Memorial Camp such a special place.
Because you're never too old for a little camp magic.
