YOUTH CAMP

Local Kids to Camp

Big Camp Fun. Right in Our Own Backyard.

Who says you have to travel far for a great summer adventure?  Local Kids to Camp (LK2C) gives elementary school students from Morris and Wabaunsee Counties the chance to enjoy a weekend at White Memorial Camp, completely free of charge!

Made possible by generous local foundations and donors, this special program invites kids to trade their usual routines for fresh air, outdoor activities, and a whole lot of fun along Council Grove Lake. They'll spend time with familiar faces, make some new friends, and discover just how much there is to enjoy right here in the Flint Hills.

Best of all? It's a gift from the community to the kids who call it home.

ELIGIBILITY:

Students who have completed grades 3–5 at participating schools in
Morris and Wabaunsee Counties, including eligible homeschool students.

COST:

FREE for eligible local youth, thanks to community support.
